This site was designed and planned to assist the bride-to-be and/or anyone who is planning a special day or special event. And if you're in need of a special cake for that event... you've come to the right site!

"Classic Cakes" is the company name. Louise (a cake specialist) has been baking cakes and decorating them for over 27 years. A retired Home Economics teacher of Foods & Nutrition, this creative cake lady has taught in the NC public school system (Foods & Nutrition and Foods II-Advanced) for over 30 years and she is ServSafe® Certified in food handling.
Whether you're in need of a simple "Happy Birthday" cake, a customized personal birthday cake, a groom's cake, or a formal, multi-tiered or stacked wedding cake, Louise can create a spectacular work of food art and even help decorate your cake table to make the focal point of your recepetion "picture perfect." Besides, every bride deserves to have her special day remembered with a show-stopper wedding cake that even her guests will rave about for weeks/months after the wedding! You'll find that Louise's prices are very affordable ! She will set up a free appointment with engaged couples for a complimentary cake tasting. AND, she personally delivers all wedding cakes, and sets them up on site herself!
If you're looking for a party planner, wedding planner or consultant, Louise can assist you in that area as well! There are several consulting packages offered to meet various wedding budgets. But, you'll need to contact her early - before her calendar fills up! (Louise only schedules one wedding/event per weekend, so if you are fortunate to book your event with her, you'll have her undivided attention to fulfill all of your needs.)
